Paying Your Parking Ticket
There are a number of convenient methods for you to pay a parking infraction. Please choose from the following list:
Deposit boxes - Located at the Young Street entrance to the city hall rotunda. Please include your parking ticket as well as a cheque for the amount of the infraction. For your own protection, please don't deposit cash into the boxes.
In-person - Revenue cashiers are located on the first floor of city hall. Cash, cheque and debit are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Pay online - Please follow the prompts. Fill in your email address, your ticket and credit card information. Ticket information includes a PIN, which is located on the ticket. The system will validate the card, process the transaction and give you a confirmation number. A bank service fee of $1.50 will be applied.
