Kitchener Housing Inc.

Kitchener Housing Inc. is a non-profit housing corporation, specializing in the development and management of attractive, affordable rental housing throughout the city of Kitchener with a focus on the downtown core.

Whenever new housing is developed, special attention is given to the use of architectural designs that enhance the surrounding neighbourhood.

Kitchener Housing is currently the landlord of 20 sites and 730 rental units. We provide housing for families, singles, older adults and those with special needs.

Market rental applications are always accepted.

The office is located at 11 Weber St. W. Business hours are weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
