In-kind Facility Grants

The City of Kitchener offers in-kind facility grant opportunities to not-for-profit groups and organizations providing a specific event to the general public in the areas of:

Arts and culture/special events
Community support and development
Minor sports and recreation

If your event falls under one of these categories, and you would like to hold it at one or more of our municipal facilities, you may qualify. In-kind facility grants are only intended for one-time special events. Requests for grants to cover the cost of facility rentals for meetings or programming are not eligible.

In-kind facility grant applications are processed upon receipt.
