Demonstrating Kitchener's commitment to operating in an open and transparent manner, the city posts agendas and related reports for upcoming council and committee meetings below, to inform community members of the local issues that are scheduled to be discussed and debated in these forums.

To view current agendas and minutes for council and committee meetings, please select a meeting date from our online calendar. Generally we try to post meeting agendas and reports on the Friday before a specific meeting.
