Chief Administrative Officer

Kitchener's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the senior administrator and responsible to city council for the effective and efficient operation of the city. All city departments report to council through the CAO.

The office of the CAO oversees city's three departments: community services, finance and corporate services, and infrastructure services. The following divisions reside in the office of the CAO:
